When businesses or residents want to signup, change or cancel their deliveries, they have to ring the newsagents and give this information over the phone. This means that staff have to take the order and can not serve customers in the newsagent.
Edward was looking for a solution to address this and wondered if there was a way we could do this online to free up his team.
This was a simple case of developing a series of forms, one for signing up residential deliveries, another for signing up business deliveries and another for cancellations.
We established the range of products used and added them as a tick box selector as well as other fields such as date selectors, address and name.
We used a clean blue and white to match those used in the newsagent.
